Preamble

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern access to and use of the ApplyJob service, accessible at applyjob.app and via the associated Chrome browser extension (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service").

ApplyJob is a job search assistance service offering features for auto-filling job application forms, generating content using artificial intelligence, and tracking applications.

Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "User": any natural person using the Service
• "Account": the personal space created by the User on the Service
• "Profile": the set of personal and professional information entered by the User
• "AI Generation": content automatically generated by artificial intelligence (answers, cover letters)
• "Extension": the Chrome browser extension enabling auto-fill and AI features on third-party sites

2. Account Creation

Access to the Service requires the creation of an account via Google authentication (OAuth 2.0). By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the Service in a lawful manner
• Keep your login credentials confidential

3. Service Description

3.1 Free Features

• 1 user profile
• 10 AI generations per month
• Auto-fill of job application forms
• Application tracking

3.2 Paid Features

Paid subscriptions (Standard and Premium) provide access to additional features including more profiles, unlimited AI generations, and priority support.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and automatically renewed unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated content is provided for your personal use in job applications.

7. User Obligations

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Overload the Service infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the Service outside the provided Extension

8. Limitation of Liability

ApplyJob provides its Service "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and adapting generated content before use.

9. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
